Dow Investments PLC can confirm that Comhairle nan Eilean Siar Council provided details of salary information for care home managers within this Council area which were within the following scales (i) yearly salary: £18,852 to £37,704; (ii) employer NI contribution: £2,046 - £4,091; and (iii) employer pension contribution: £3,676 to £7,352. It is assumed on the basis of the wording of the request at question 17, but not confirmed by the Council, that the figures provided by the Council are average figures.
